The Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL), a Single-A minor professional hockey league, is continuing its ambitious expansion toward 30+ teams across the United States. Central to this vision is a strong commitment to player development—and the league recognizes that exceptional coaching is the foundation for long-term success.
FPHL is actively seeking high-level coaches who are ready to make a meaningful impact both on the ice and within their communities. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for developing talent and a proven ability to recruit top-tier players from collegiate and junior programs across North America and Europe.
Our mission is to provide a clear pathway for players to advance to higher levels of professional hockey, including the ECHL, AHL, and ultimately the NHL.
