Paul Jene
Since 2008, Paul has worked his way through the professional ranks by working every level of the USA Hockey Officiating Development Program. He has worked in almost every Junior hockey league in the Midwest up to the USHL. Paul has also officiated NCAA Division I Men's hockey in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) and NCAA Division III Men's hockey in the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association (MCHA). In his professional career, Paul has worked in the International Hockey League (IHL), Central Hockey League (CHL), the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL), & the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL). Paul has worked in 5 professional hockey post seasons including 4 Finals. He also helped build staff state side in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) and was a scheduler/supervisor with the league.

Dave Jackson
Dave Jackson comes to the FPHL with almost 4 decades of professional hockey experience. Jackson, who officiated the 1988 Memorial Cup, was signed by the National Hockey League (NHL) to a minor-league contract in 1989. He made his NHL debut on December 22, 1990, officiating a match-up between the New Jersey Devils and Quebec Nordiques.

Jackson was chosen to officiate men's ice hockey at the 2014 Winter Olympics held in Sochi, Russia. Jackson retired after officiating his final NHL game on March 29, 2018. He now works for ESPN as their lead rules analyst and is the Director of Officiating for the 3ice summer pro league.

Before joining the FPHL, he spent over 25 years as the Director of Media Relations for the Syracuse Stars Junior A Hockey Club.
David currently resides in Syracuse, New York.
