IVAN BONDARENKO NAMED FPHL FORWARD OF THE YEAR
Binghamton, NY – The Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL) today announced its selection for the 2025–26 FPHL Forward of the Year, an annual award presented to the forward who demonstrates the highest level of excellence at the position throughout the season.
The FPHL congratulates Ivan Bondarenko of the Binghamton Black Bears as this year’s recipient.

The 28-year-old native of Moscow, Russia appeared in all 56 games for the Black Bears this season, establishing himself as the team’s leading scorer. He recorded 21 goals and 77 assists for a total of 98 points. Bondarenko led the league in assists and registered at least one point in all but four regular-season games.

His consistency and playmaking ability were instrumental to the Black Bears’ success throughout the season.
The FPHL is a Single-A minor professional hockey league currently operating in its 16th season (2025–26).
