MAC BURNIE NAMED FPHL GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH FOR JANUARY

Syracuse, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that Columbus River Dragons goaltender Bailey MacBurnie has been named the Goaltender of the Month for January.

MacBurnie had a record of 4-2-0-1 with a 3.57 GAA and a .868 SV% appearing in 7 games for the month. His best game was on January 28th where he gave up 1 goal while making 23 saves in a 9-1 victory over the Port Huron Prowlers.

The 26-year-old is from Beverly, MA and is starting his professional career this season with the River Dragons. Bailey spent 4 years at UMASS-Boston (NEHC) and graduated in 2020. He was named to the NEHC third team in 2019.
