MARKER NAMED FPHL ROOKIE OF THE MONTH FOR DECEMBER

Syracuse, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that Delaware Thunder forward Ryan Marker has been named the Rookie of the Month for December.

Marker is the FPHL leading scorer now after moving from 8th place during the month. In 9 games he had 9 goals with 10 assists for 19 points. He had 3 games where he scored three or more points. On December 26th, Marker had a hat trick plus an assist for 4 points that night. He also had a pair of multiple point nights, December 7th in Danbury and December 13th against Danville, where he scored 3 points.

The 25- year-old is from Sewell, NJ and was one of Thunder expansion draft picks. He was selected off the Danville Dashers roster. Marker also spent the 2015-16 season playing for Neumann University (ACHA-D3).
