PASSINGHAM NAMED FPHL GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH FOR JANUARY

Syracuse, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that Elmira Enforcers goaltender Troy Passingham has been named the Goaltender of the Month for January.

Passingham was 5-3 in 8 games with a 2.47 GAA and a .935 SV%. He closed out the month, January 31st, with his best game allowing only one goal and making 40 saves at home versus the Columbus River Dragons

The 29-year-old is from Mississauga, ON and is in his second year with the Enforcers. Troy is a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto. He played his junior hockey career with the Windsor Spitfires and Sarnia Sting. While playing for Windsor he won the Memorial Cup in 2010. Troy has also played for the Danville Dashers back in the 2016-17 season.
