PATRIKS MARCINKEVICS NAMED MARCH/APRIL FPHL PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Binghamton, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that Pee Dee forward Patriks Marcinkevics has been named the Player of the Month for March / April.

Marcinkevics played 14 games for the IceCats during that time frame and scored 10 goals, 19 assists for 29 points. Patriks best games came on March 6 against the Athens Rock Lobsters (1-3-4) and March 22 versus Monroe Moccasins (0-4-4) when he recorded 4 points. For the season he led the league tallying 42 goals and finished 4th in league scoring.

The 24-year-old is a native of Riga, Latvia. He began his professional career in the 2023-24 season with the Utah Grizzlies (ECHL). His twin brother, Dominiks, was a teammate of his earlier this season with IceCats.
