PLAYER SAFETY ANNOUNCES SUSPENSIONS

The FPHL Department of Player Safety has announced the following suspensions.

Twin Cities Thunderbirds - Jacob Schnapp  SUSPENDED
Columbus River Dragons - Trevor Babin  SUSPENDED
Mr. Schnapp took offense to his teammate being tripped (and a power play being assessed) and decided to mete out some street justice on his opponent. He went after him and delivered a barrage of punches to a totally unsuspecting and unwilling opponent. This is an Aggressor penalty. As the linesmen were attempting to separate the players, Columbus goaltender, Trevor Babin left his crease and started throwing punches at Mr. Schnapp. His list of offenses include leaving the crease during an altercation, instigator/3rd man-in, continuing an altercation and engaging in a fight with his blocker on and delivering several shoves and attempted punches to his opponent's face. That is a match penalty for using the blocker during a fight.  Jacob Schnapp will be suspended for  ONE (1) GAME SUSPENSION & Trevor Babin will be suspended for TWO (2) GAME SUSPENSION

Blue Ridge Bobcats - Brandon Reller  SUSPENDED
Mr. Reller lost his composure and verbally assaulted a linesman in addition to making physical contact with the official. He will be suspended for TWO (2) Games


The FPHL is a Single-A Minor Professional hockey league operating in its 16th season during 2025-26
