PLAYER SAFETY ANNOUNCES WEEK 15 SUSPENSIONS REPORT
The FPHL Department of Player Safety has announced the following suspensions from FPHL Week 15.
1/16/26
Biloxi Breakers - AJ Schlepp SUSPENDED
This incident was nowhere to be found on either team's game feed therefore I am going by the officials written and verbal reports. Mr. Schlepp was separated by the linesman but he refused to comply. He physically resisted the linesman and swung his stick at his opponent and ended up hitting the linesman in the hand. Mr. Schlepp is a repeat offender as he was suspended in October of this year for the same thing. Mr. Schlepp is suspended for TWO (2) Games

1/17/26
Topeka Scarecrows - Jacob Gagnon SUSPENDED
This was definitely a penalty and the player deserved to be assessed 5 min and Game Misconduct. My only issue with assessment of a Slew Foot is that I do not see any push or pulling backwards motion on the upper body, something that I require for it to be categorized a slew foot. His opponent was facing him. Both players were engaged and possibly losing their balance but Mr. Gagnon made an egregious motion with his left leg and kicked out his opponent's feet. This is a dangerous play and fortunately did not result in a serious injury. There is no major or match for tripping unless it's categorized as a slew foot therefore under Supplemental Discipline, Mr. Gagnon is suspended for ONE (1) GAME
Twin Cities Thunderbirds - Troy Harwell SUSPENDED
After review, I have determined that Mr. Harwell delivered an unnecessary and dirty elbow to an attacking player who was not the puck carrier. There was zero reason to commit this infraction other than to inflict punishment upon his opponent. The opponent's nose was bloodied and packed with gauze the remainder of the game. This is not a hockey play and has no place in our game. Mr. Harwell is suspended for one (1) game
Columbus River Dragons - Tyler Barrow SUSPENDED
Mr. Barrow did not appreciate being knocked to the ice. He got up and delivered a forceful two-handed slash to the back of his opponent's calves and was assessed a 5 + GM. This was a deliberate act and certainly not a hockey play or an attempt to play the puck. Mr. Barrow is suspended for ONE (1) GAME
